How do you use the Breathing Buddha?

The 4-7-8 Breathing Method offers control over breathing by inhaling for 4 seconds, holding for 7, and exhaling for 8. The 5-5 Breathing Method involves inhaling slowly for 5 seconds and exhaling slowly for 5 seconds through either the nose or mouth.

How do I charge it? Are batteries included? Can I replace the batteries?

The Mindsight Breathing Buddha is powered by a rechargeable Li-Ion battery (included) and can be charged with the provided USB-C cable.

How long does it take to charge? How long will batteries last?

It takes around 3 hours to fully charge. The battery should last around 3 months with daily use of 10 minutes.

Does this require a phone or an app?

No, that is one of the best things about it, there are no phones or apps required!

Can I reprogram or change the 2 breathing cycles?

No, the breathing cycles and colors cannot be changed.
